- When you register for Pamms OnLine weekly e-zine,
Magpie Books Publishing Pty Ltd ACN 084 215 583 (hereinafter called Pamms OnLine) will place your email name in the draw for a complimentary $50 voucher
for use at Hugo's at 33 Bayswater Road, Potts Point, NSW Phone 02 9357 4411 or The Pantry at 1 Church Street, Brighton, VIC Phone (03) 9591 0393,
whichever is the closest restaurant to your home town.>
- The competition is entirely email based and should run with most computer systems. To claim a prize, you will need an active Internet connection and email system on your computer. You will require an Internet connection established by hardware such as dial up, ADSL, cable or satellite. You will need e-mail software such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, Pegasus, PocoMail, webmail software or the like.>
- Without an active Internet connection and email facility, you are not eligible to enter the competition as you will be unable to claim a prize.>
- Prizes will be drawn for claiming as coupons become available to us. On the drawing of the prize, the email address drawn will be sent a notifying email.>
- The notifying email will contain a clickable link. When the link is selected you will be asked to enter your name and postal address into the screen provided, by server side software. When you have entered these details, and as long as you are the first person to claim the prize, the prize will be deemed both won and claimed. A voucher will subsequently be mailed to your postal address via Australia post.>
- Each prize may only be claimed once. The first person to claim the prize, as determined by our computer log, will be deemed the winner and will be mailed a voucher.>
- Each postal address provided to Pamms OnLine will be retained only for audit purposes and then on a strictly confidential basis.>
- The first name and home town of each winner will appear on www.pammsguides.com.au on that part of the home page specifically reserved for prize winners.>
- The winner may transfer the prize to any other person, by giving the voucher to that person.>
- The prize consists of a voucher, which when bone fide, will be accepted by the restaurant, as valid payment for a sit down meal at each restaurant or merchandise at The Pantry Deli to the value of $50-00.>
- If when claiming a prize, more than $50-00 worth of goods or services is consumed, the voucher holder is responsible for, agrees and must pay to the restaurant, on presentation of the bill, the value of goods and services supplied over and above the quantum of $50-00.>
- No part of any prize is refundable or transferable as cash.>
- The prize can be taken at any time the restaurant is open for business.>
- The goods or services provided via the coupon or voucher are subject to this agreement, together with the normal terms and conditions each restaurant normally imposes on the supply of goods or services.>
- Any prize must be claimed and any voucher must be used within twelve months of the date of the email, or the prize lapses.>
- A prize cannot be taken in parts or split and the coupon must be surrended to the restaurant at the time of claiming the prize>
- Liability for goods or services arranged through Pamms OnLine, unless otherwise prohibited by law, is limited in quantum to the market value of the prize.>
- In all cases, Pamms OnLine acts as agent for the prize provider, and not as the principal.>
- Applicable law - These conditions and all other specific and additional terms which this agreement will be governed by and construed shall be in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.>
