By accessing this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site. Pamms OnLine reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Pamms OnLIne reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for any violation of these Terms. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Pamms OnLIne. These Terms represent the entire understanding relating to the use of this Site and supercede any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional communications.
This web site is published for information purposes only without either the publisher or any author assuming a duty of care. All information is subject to change. While every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and uptodate, prices, addresses and businesses change. Advice of any change or correction is welcome.
Member Account
If we allow you to open a member account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information in the Registration form. You may also choose a password and user name, if we do not supply one. If you provide any information in the Registration form that is false, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, or a password or user name that contains any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, or indecent terms, Pamms OnLine may suspend your account and refuse to provide you with any Pamms OnLine Services. Shoppertunities® pages allow merchants to provide us textual information, still pictures, graphics and movies which we in turn may publish to users of this site. The process by which a merchant or ourselves add this material is called, "Merchant Upload". The collective sum or any individual part of this sum is called data. We will publish the data provided, in accordance with our own view of each presentation, constrained on each occasion by the technical properties of our site. Whenever there is a paid position on our site, the person paying or authorising the paid position, irrevocably agrees to check, audit, proofread and monitor the paid entry on a daily basis. The reason for doing this is to check the appropriateness of the original upload and to ensure on a day to day basis the upload is neither deliberately or inadvertently adversely affected over time. A person who authorises an upload agrees to notify us in writing as soon as possible of any concerns with an upload.Shoppertunities® Supply Copies
The site is designed to be self reading and self proofing. From time to time, Shoppertunities® may provide graphic elements, promotions or just take part in another publishers programs. Such sharing of material is beneficial to all concerned. However, we can never undertake and will not undertake to provide copies of what other publishes publish, be they radio or television tapes, still or movie photographs or pages from a daily, regional or local paper. Merchants or consumers should make their own legal copies of these materials or purchase copies from the TV Station, radio station, newspaper or magazine concerned.Obligation for payment
Much of this site is provided on a fee for service basis. Payment may be made by using the site's secure and confidential payment facility which access parts of the Australian Banking System, in accordance with modern OnLine Practice. To make payment OnLIne use the Remit link on the prime sale page. It is not necessary for a merchant to pay to upload Shoppertunities data. It is however usually necessary for a merchant to pay to continuously display that data to the public, either for the duration of a sale or as a general promotion. The site will at its discretion, provide viewing access to a merchant, for a two hour period without obligation or will refund on request a payment made to the site, within two hours of upload, on request. At all times, this promise of refund is subject to the material uploaded not being republished by any or through any public publishing medium, other than this site.Site Users
Users of this site and its affiliate sites may be invited to review certain products or make comment of people, products and things as a review. If you do make such review to us, you give us an irrevocable permission to use, reproduce, modify and publish your comment royalty-free. You also specifically agree to permit us to publish your given name and the name of the state and town where you reside.Acceptable Use
You agree not to download from this site, commercial quantities or quantities of data or information that could be seen to be of commercial quantity.Special Offers
From time to time we may make special offers of our titles available to you. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion, any such "Special Offer" is entirely state based and limited to specific state based editions. If we offer a reduced price on an edition, it is limited to the edition published for the state of Australia where the purchaser normally resides. If you normally reside in a state where no edition is published, then any special offer is made for the edition published for the state closest to you. Closest in this sense means the linear distance between the capital cities of the apposite states.Use of Spiders and Bots
